We’re a locally owned State Farm Agency in Louisville, performing in the top 1% of 20,000 Agencies. We’re looking for a Customer Relations Representative who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a goal-oriented team. If you like variety in your day, meaningful customer interactions, and a role that blends service, problem-solving, and light sales—this might be a great fit.
This is not a call-center grind. You’ll work closely with clients, teammates, and vendors while building long-term relationships and gaining valuable industry experience in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day)
You’ll be involved in many parts of the agency, including:
- Assisting customers with claims support and follow-ups
- Communicating with vendors
- Scheduling appointments, including retirement and asset review meetings
- Supporting underwriting reviews and policy changes
- Handling forms, billing questions, and account updates
- Helping with new customer onboarding
- Identifying opportunities for product pivoting and in-book sales
- Using systems and processes to keep everything organized and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know everything on day one. We care most about attitude, communication, and attention to detail.
Required:
- 3+ years of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, call center, banking or similar)
- Strong people skills and professional communication
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable using systems, processes, and technology
- Ability to problem-solve and work well on a team
Preferred (but not required):
- Insurance or financial services experience
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Interest in sales and account growth
